Fred has dreamed for years about establishing a church like Adventure in the south Hampton Roads area, and now God is making it possible! He has been in ministry for years, having served in many churches in the Tidewater area. Even with a Master of Divinity degree from a major theological seminary, he will tell you that following God through all the ups and down of life has truly granted him the greatest church leadership degree of all! Fred and his amazing wife, Liz, who is a graphic designer, have 2 great children, Callie and Christian, both of whom are serve in Adventure.

Tom became a Christian when he was 12 years old and God got hold of his heart. He was ordained in 1991 and has served in various ministries including: missionary with Word of Life Bible Institute, Jail and prison ministries, Children's ministries, cooking and serving for the church and those in need, and even a short time leading a Biker ministry. Tom has the most wonderful and precious Proverbs 31 wife that God ever created along with 2 incredible children.
